RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our returns policy makes shopping online worry-free….
Enjoy our “No Question Asked Return” within 7 days after the delivery of the goods.

  • Return initiated within 7 calendar days after receiving your item.
  • Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts, accessories, and tag upon presentation of its invoice.
  • We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We provide partial refund for opened or used products.
  • Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 15 calendar days of your receipt of the item. 
  • We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition* of the item (see to Par-D).

    Here's How:

    Step 1 Fill out the “Return – Proforma Invoice” (the Form)

    • Visit www.jesmee.com
    • Download and fill out the “Return-Proforma Invoice” (the Form) located at the bottom of the site 

     

    Step 2 Email the Form to support@jesmee.com

    • support@jesmee.com will soon issue of a Return Code#

     

      Step 3  Complete the Return Form doubled up as Proforma Invoice

      • The Form can be doubted up as the Proforma Invoice for the shipment.
      • Make 5 copies on the Form (Return Form / Proforma Invoice), please note, if the Form is not completed, the package might not pass Customs and will be returned to you.
      • Send the item back by our recommended forwarders – FedEx or SF Express at which you can choose to tick “by collect” for the shipment cost to ease you arranging the shipment.

      Step 4 Receipt of Return & Valuation

      • We shall confirm receipt of the item returned via email (please make sure the Return Form with the Return Code# and your email address is attached to the return item to allow efficient processing of your return)
      • Along with the confirmation in the same email, we shall inform you the final Refund Value* after assessing the item condition upon return. (*please refer to our “Jewellery Returns Condition Policy” in the Part-D of this document)

       

        Step 5 Refund

        • Refund will be made to the credit card # of your purchase at Jesmée.com within 5 business days of the arrival of the physical goods at our facilities.
        • Once your refund is made to your purchase account at Jesmée.com, your will be receiving a notice via email, stating that the refund is made from “Sky Creator Limited”
        • If applicable, the final refund value will include the deduction of shipping fees.
        • A flat USD15 Refund Service Fee charged by credit-service provider will be automatically deducted from your refund.
        • Currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase

        Part-B Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

          If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, please contact us at support@jesmee.com , including your invoice #, within 7 days and we’ll make it right by:

          • Sending you replacement parts or accessories 
          • Replacing the product, or 
          • Process return and issue a refund 
          • We’ll cover the cost of any return shipping

          If the product is not due manufacturing-defects, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. Shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund value.

           

          Part-C Products Returned after 7 days

          Did you miss the 7-day return window? No worries! You may still return after 7days, and may receive a partial refund depending on the following:

          • Condition of the merchandise (see Part-D)
          • Cost of the return shipping charges deducted from your refund
          • If we send you a replacement item, we need to receive the original item at our warehouse within 15 calendar days of you starting the return process. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement.
           

          Part-D Jewelry Returns Condition Policy

          We shall thoroughly inspect all jewelry returns and assess them according to their condition for refund:

           

          Excellent (100% Refund):

          • Within Jesmée 7-days Return Policy.
          • Pristine showcase condition. New, unworn, and needs no refurbishing.
          • Arrives in new, undamaged, original box or case.
          • Complete with all original parts, links, and accessories.
          • Complete with all original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
          • No evidence of sizing, service, alteration, wear, or blemishes of any kind.
          • Product tag attached.

           

          Good (50% to 90% Refund):

          • Fall out of Jesmée Jewelry 7-day Return Policy.
          • Restorable to “like-new” condition.
          • Arrives in new, undamaged, original box or case.
          • Complete with all original parts, links, and accessories.
          • Complete with all original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
          • Sizing, service, alteration, wear, or blemish of any kind that is not refurbishable.
          • Product tag attached.

          Bad (1% to 49% Refund):

          • Falls out of  Jesmée Jewelry 7-day Return Policy.
          • Non-refurbishable cosmetic defects (e.g. scratched or scuffed gold plating/special finishes).
          • Missing or damaged original box.
          • Missing any parts, links, or accessories (subject to evaluation).
          • Missing original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
          • Significant wear or damaged (but repairable) watch movement.

           

          Poor (0% No Refund):

          • Falls into or out of Jesmée Jewelry 7 days Return Policy.
          • Items do not match the original serial number or SKU number.
          • False materials / diamonds / gemstones are found on the item returned.
          • Non-repairable mechanical damage or significant cosmetic damage.
          • Wear, blemishes, or cosmetic damage.
          • Damaged watch movement due to inappropriate wear or use.
          • Missing original box or case.
          • Missing significant parts, links, or accessories.
          • Missing original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.


          How Does Jesmée handle International Refunds?

          We thoroughly inspect all items when they arrive at our return facility. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a defective product.

          If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge, insurance, and return shipping fees.

          If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we may issue a partial refund. Products decrease in value over time; therefore, we reduce refunds for returns initiated over 7 days after delivery or received at our returns facility after 15 days.

          You will receive a refund processed at the same currency upon the invoice, excluding any customs, tariffs, and taxes on the order. We will issue your refund at your purchase account at Jesmée.com within 5 business days after the package arrives at our facility.

          Once we issue your credit, we send you an email with your refund details. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up additional business days for processing by your bank and/or credit company.
